When you cancel your membership, all information including membership information, purchase history, and points will be deleted to protect your personal information. Please note that you cannot restore your registered information after canceling your membership.

You can check your order by going to "My Page" → "Order History" or "Order Confirmation Email". However, depending on your personal email address settings, you may not receive an order confirmation email, so please check "My Page".

You can use the above credit card companies.
・Total payment amount: Total product price (tax included) + shipping fee
■ Paidy Deferred Payment An invoice will be issued on the 1st of the following month, with the final amount billed each month, and you will be notified by the 3rd via email and SMS (short message). Payment methods are convenience store payment (at convenience store terminals), bank transfer, and direct debit. The payment due date for convenience store payment and bank transfer is the 10th. For direct debit, the payment will be debited on the 12th*. However, for January and May, the payment may be debited on the 20th*. *If the due date falls on a financial institution holiday, the payment will be debited on the next business day.
Depending on the payment method, a fee will be charged for each monthly payment (billing). For convenience store payments, the fee is 356 yen (tax included), and for bank transfers, the transfer fee will be borne by the customer. For direct debit, no payment fee will be charged.

The points program is a feature available only to members. You will receive 1 point for every 100 yen (tax included) spent on products.
Accumulated points can be used at a rate of 1 point = 1 yen.
It is not possible to add items to an order once it has been placed.
In addition, orders with different order numbers will be shipped separately and we cannot deduct shipping fees, etc.

Defective Products/Returns
If the product you receive is defective or has been shipped incorrectly, please contact us via the Harajuku MIND official LINE account within 7 days of receiving the product.

In principle, if you wish to exchange an item, it will be exchanged for the same item. However, if the replacement item is sold out or if you wish to return the item (refund), we will inform you of the return (refund) procedure, so please be aware of this beforehand. Items that have been delivered for more than 8 days cannot be returned or exchanged regardless of their usage, so please check the condition of the item immediately after receiving the package.
Please note that we will not be able to assist you if any of the following apply to you.
・Items that have been delivered more than 8 days ago ・Items that have been hemmed or altered ・Items that have been used ・Items that have been washed ・Items that are missing tags, packaging, or other accessories ・Items that are damaged ・If you do not have the receipt (purchase details/credit card sales slip/return card) ・Items that have been scratched, broken, or soiled by the customer ・Items that have been purchased for the purpose of resale (including items that we determine to be for resale)

*We cannot accept returns for products that have been intentionally damaged or soiled.*This service is provided to allow customers to enjoy the products they have purchased. Please note that if we determine that you do not understand these regulations or their purpose, such as excessive returns or exchanges, returns that appear to be from someone with no intention of purchasing, returns without prior notice, or refusal to accept packages, we may refuse to accept future purchases, returns, or exchanges.
■Notes regarding returns・The coupon discount amount will be deducted from the refund. Coupons cannot be returned.・If there is a shortage in the delivery, we will ship the missing items. Refunds cannot be accepted.

Regarding delivery/shipping fees: Split delivery due to delivery delays If there is a delivery delay, we will send you an email to inform you of the delay and split delivery. Please rest assured that there will be no additional shipping or handling fees.
■The following cases will not be considered defective products: Small amounts of sewing thread or fabric remaining; Small odors of fibers or dyes (due to the packaging, there may be a particular odor that remains when the product is opened)
・There may be a small amount of other fibers attached. ・There may be wrinkles unique to the fibers when delivered, and wrinkles when folded (we fold them as small as possible for mail order).
- Design issues such as stains and fraying that occur during the wash process of denim, etc. - Other issues that we have determined will not interfere with wearing the item. Regarding differences in colour and texture between the screen display and the actual product, the colour you see on your screen may differ slightly from the actual product depending on your monitor environment and lighting.

Regarding delivery
Once shipped, your order will arrive within 2-5 days, however please note that delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions or other reasons.
1-2 days after shipping → Delivery completed in most areas 2-5 days after shipping → Delivery completed in Okinawa, Hokkaido, etc. *The time from order to shipping varies depending on the product, so please check the product page.
Standard shipping will arrive within 3 to 14 business days from the date of order.

Since items are shipped according to order number, we cannot combine orders with different order numbers. Please note that we cannot deduct shipping fees or payment fees.
You will be notified of the tracking number in the shipping completion email once your order has been shipped. Please check the tracking number on the shipping company's website using the tracking number in the email.
If you purchase multiple items, including pre-order items, we will ship them all together once the pre-order items are in stock. We will send you an email to notify you of the shipment once it has been completed.
Our shipping fee is 880 yen (tax included) per shipment nationwide.
After shipping, the delivery company will store your package for 7 days.
Any parcels that have exceeded the storage period will be refused and returned to our store.
Once an item is returned, the order will be cancelled and returned to stock, so we cannot reship any returned items. If you wish to purchase the item, please place a new order.
If you are absent for an extended period of time or refuse to receive the parcel, we may refuse to do business with you in the future. In the unlikely event that your parcel is returned due to your absence for an extended period of time or refusal to receive the parcel, we will refund the remaining amount minus the round-trip shipping fee.
In rare cases, due to product defects or a large number of orders in a short period of time, the product may be out of stock after you place your order. If the product is out of stock after you place your order, we will contact you and refund your payment according to your payment method.
